From mathematics and code to the front lines of home care.

I came to this from an unlikely combination: a math degree, followed by further schooling in computer programming. But what's driven my career has always been simpler than that — I'm passionate about helping people. For over a decade, that meant working directly with people with disabilities, most of them clients recovering from traumatic brain injury.

In 2015, I redirected that focus toward home care and became the owner-operator of a Pennsylvania home care agency. Visit Integrity Systems is what happens when that hands-on home care experience meets a programmer's instinct to build the tools the home care industry needs.

Assurance has 27 fraud-detection modules that trace back to three sources: what DOJ found, what CMS flagged, and the gaps and vulnerabilities I see in the system. I'm not guessing at where the gaps are — running an agency inside this system gave me a direct view of them.

That same operator's-eye view is shaping what comes next, too — starting with client risk, which deserves the same kind of oversight billing gets today.
